If you customize all the details with your own brand name, MOQ is 1000pcs. We can accept to reduce the reduce to 500 pcs, but need to charge for addtional production setup costs for assembly, packaging, etc.

We can accept T/T (30% deposit before production and the balance before shipment) or L/C at sight. Please kindly be noted that we only request you to pay to our company bank account which is verified on our website or authorized bank account on formal document. Please do not pay to other accounts and avoid frauds.

Sample lead time: 4 to 10 days

Production lead time: 25 to 40 days upon receipt of the advance payment and all production detail.  Packaging need to be approved for printing 15 days before shipment.

Normally, we ship the goods by Sea, and air shipment is available. Samples will be shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS.

We understand you need to test and check the product quality. We welcome the sample request. The sample and shipping costs will be pay by buyer. The costs will be refunded or deducted when you place the order for bulk production.
